医疗保险：
第一条 为适应来华留学事业快速发展的需要，保障来华留学生的合法权益，完善处理突发事件应急机制，优化留学环境，教育部国际司于2007年制定并下发了《高等学校要求外国留学生购买保险暂行规定》（教外司来〔2007〕1078号）。根据文件精神，结合本校实际，特制定本办法。
第二条 凡在我校学习的来华留学生，学习期间必须购买学校指定的来华留学生综合保险。
第三条 购买学校指定的国际学生综合保险的来华留学生，应在缴纳学费的同时缴纳相应的保险费用。未购买符合规定标准的保险产品的的来华留学生，学校不予注册。
第四条 我校推荐来华留学生购买中国平安保险公司的“来华留学生综合保险”，以保障我校的来华学生享受的保险权益。
第五条 凡涉及“来华留学生综合保险”的具体事宜，根据中国平安保险公司的具体条款执行，也可关注微信公众号“外籍保险服务”进行查询与理赔。
Insurance：
Article 1 To meet the needs of the rapid development of international education, guarantee international students’ legitimate rights and interests, improve the emergency processing mechanism and optimize the study environment, Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges of the Ministry of Education of China stipulated and issued Interim Provisions on the Requirement of Insurance Purchase for International Students in Institutions of Higher Education in 2007.On the basis of the interim provisions, NUIST stipulated the following policies in the light of practical situation of the university.
Article 2 All the international students studying in NUIST must purchase the comprehensive insurance prescribed by the university.
Article 3 International students who purchase the group comprehensive insurance shall pay the insurance premium when they pay the tuition fee. Students who refuse to pay the insurance premium shall not register in the university.
Article 4 The university shall purchase the group comprehensive insurance for international students of Chinese Government Scholarship, Confucius Institute Scholarship and Jasmine Jiangsu Government Scholarship whose scholarship covers the insurance. Other scholarship students and exchange students have to purchase the insurance at their own expense if the scholarship does not cover it or the agreement does not define the insurance should be paid by the university. Self-supporting students shall pay the insurance premium themselves.
Article 5 Since Ping An Annuity Insurance Company, LTD has been the agency of the comprehensive insurance for Chinese Government Scholarship students, the university selects its comprehensive insurance as the stipulated insurance to guarantee the same standard of insurance cover to all the international students.
Article 6 Details regarding the comprehensive insurance of international students shall refer to the clauses of Ping An Annuity Insurance Company, LTD and also the public wechat account "外籍保险服务”.
